Happy New Year.!
Happy New Year! It's a new beginning of a brand new year. I hope everyone had a good break and feel re energized and ready to face the year afresh. (hope you like the pun)
This year is going to be a great year I feel and am looking forward to what lies ahead.
I thought I would start the year with one of the most asked question about people's skin:
How do I know what my skin type is?
One of the ways is to wash your face first thing in the morning just with warm water and a facecloth and dry it. How does it feel? Does it feel dry all over = a dry skin.
Does it feel dry in places = a combination skin type.
Does it feel oily = oily
You have to be aware that your skin type doesn't stay the same over your lifetime and changes, sometimes due to hormonal activity in your body or seasonal changes e.g winter normally drying on your skin. Even your diet plays a big part in how your skin reacts e.g not drinking enough water will dehydrate it.You will have to monitor what is happening with your skin and change your skincare routine to accommodate what is going on with it. Sometimes you just need to ask a skincare expert to help you determine what is going on with your skin, just email me and I'll be happy to answer your questions.
Hope you all have an amazing yea
